Very helpful and friendly staff, rooms were impeccably clean, our stay was comfortable and decently priced (especially if you don’t mind walking a bit). My only complaint was the elevator. It was so slow and really held us up because we were on the top floor.

Stayed here with two other people. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. Rooms are decent, beds were clean and comfortable, I thought it was a pretty good hotel for the price. Location is accessible to public transit.

Great hotel for the price. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room, halls and common areas were really clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was much larger than many NY hotels. Two minutes to the J train. Would definitely stay here again.

We had never spent any time in Brooklyn before so opted to try something different this trip. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the location was convenient to the subway. I even decided to book an additional night but my card gave me an issue so I went to the desk to help rectify and Jonathan was very friendly and gave me a better price in person than what I found online. We would stay again!

I recently stayed at Bklyn House and had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a really nice vibe. The hotel had a nice patio in front for the smokers and a beautiful lounge in the cellar with amazing 24 hors coffee. What really made my stay stand out was the amazing service from the workers, especially from Peter. He was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about the guests, and Peter definitely made a difference. I would definitely stay at Bklyn House again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, pleasant stay in Brooklyn.

I had a wonderful stay at BKLYN House in Brooklyn, New York. The staff were absolutely lovely—super kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was well maintained, including a good working TV, which was a nice bonus. A close subway station to head into the city centre as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend BKLYN House.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out was the customer service especially Jonathan at the front lobby. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. He truly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Amenities may be slightly low compared to a larger chain hotel, but this place is really reasonably priced for where it is in Brooklyn. Right by the the J train — It’s also staffed with workers who are accommodating and flexible. Because of the 2026 blizzard, I’m stuck here longer than I want to be. The front desk workers were very kind and flexible with making sure I could move around my room and reservation and stay. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit NYC.
